A relaxed holiday with a lot of privacy, space and comfort? This lovely holiday home has a private pool, a spacious terrace and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. The beach and the cosy center of Calpe can be found at just a couple of kilometers away which makes your holiday even more complete.

Calpe is the ideal base for a holiday at the Costa Blanca. This charming city has two boulevards, an old fishing port and a beautiful historical center. You will find a variety of restaurants and bars in the cosy center of which lots of them offer you beautiful views over the sea. The broad and beautiful beaches of Calpe are not only suited for enjoying the sun, but also offer many opportunities for doing watersports like snorkeling, diving, surfing and sailing. The active and sporty people can also lose oneself in long beach- or mountain hikes and cycling trips.

The central location at the Costa Blanca offers a variety of possibilities for excursions. Examples are discovering the beautiful castle and village of Guadalest, the well-known white artist village Altea and the waterfalls of Algar. Benidorm can also be found nearby, which also offers multiple possibilities for excursions like visiting a water- or themepark or a zoo.

The accommodation is suited for a maximum of 4 people (plus a child aged under 4). You will find the living room with a seating corner and dining area on the ground floor. The wood burner allows you to enjoy the lovely holiday home even at the rare colder nights, by bringing cosines and warmth. Next to this, a television with a satellite connection and a stereo unit are present.

Adjacent to the living room, you will find the (partly) open kitchen which is fully equipped and provided with basic facilities like a dishwasher, a hob (induction), an oven, a microwave, a fridge and separate freezer compartment. The living room is completely provided with air conditioning.

This holiday home has two bedrooms, both provided with double beds and separate bathrooms.

The accommodation has a spacious veranda (glazed) and is provided with air conditioning too.

Despite the fact that the winterperiod does relatively not last long in Spain, the holiday home is provided with central heating so that you will never have to experience any cold.

Lying in your lounger at the poolside, you have a great view over the multiple palmtrees and cactuses in the spacious and private garden. Directly behind this, you can find the nature reserve of the Sierra Olta. The pool (9 by 4 meters) is perfectly suited for doing watergames or just floating around on an air matress. Besides, you will also find a comfortable outdoor shower.

The outdoor kitchen gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoor life and spend a cosy and lovely night outdoors until the wee hours. Especially during the evening hours, you can fully enjoy the quiescence around you. The holiday home is located at a dead-end street which only allows local traffic and therefore ensures you privacy and tranquility.

There is a spacious and roofed parking present at the house.
